Seaside

The beaches are about half an hour in the car and there are many to choose from.

There is such an enormous choice in this area of France from the medium to highest quality Michelin starred chefs. We have personally tried and recommend the following restaurants in the vicinity:

• Bastide St Jacques
• Lou Fassum

Both excellent top of the range restaurants

Mouans Sartoux

• Le Sot l’y Laisse – gorgeous food in the most attractive town square

Mougins

• L’Amandier – Lovely French restaurant with an outside terrace in this beautiful historic hillside town

Cannes

• Brun – Exquisite assiette de fruits de mer

Mandelieu

• La Brocherie – Brilliant location in the harbour and really delightful food

And last but not least, there is a restaurant just across the street from the house with lovely local food and a warm atmosphere.
